Refunds
It is very important to us that you are happy with your purchase.
If your item is damaged or defective you can return the item to us within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be accompanied by your proof of purchase. The address for returned items is: PO Box 17437, Greenlane, Auckland 1546, New Zealand. In the case of goods that are defective or damaged, we will refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
Because some of our stock is only held in small quantities, we may not always be able to replace your item. In this case we reserve the right to issue you a refund.
For damaged items, please send us an email as soon as possible so that we can organise a return courier. Our email address is info@wovenworks.co.nz
Sale items cannot be refunded. We do not accept international returns.
Refunds will be processed by the original method of payment.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns because we cannot always guarantee reliability of the courier service.
