New Zealand Shipping

We endeavour to courier your parcel to you within two working days following order. We use Courier Post, and will use a tracking service. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched within three working days.

All parcels will require a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind for both ourselves and the customer. Should no one be present at the premises to sign for the parcel, a card will be left and your parcel will be available for collection from the couriers office or depot. If you would like special delivery instructions included, please enter them at checkout.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and process a full refund.

International Shipping

If you live outside of New Zealand and wish to have a product shipped to you, please email us with your destination and we will provide you with a shipping cost, if possible.
